Mounting On Tilt Wall

If the plasma TV is needed to be placed higher than the eye level, this mounting option is exercised. Depending on the brand of the plasma TV, this option permits a slant in the range of 15 to 20 degrees. A tilt wall mount is very relevant in retail business or industry where the prime necessity is overhead display. At home it is used normally above fireplaces or mounted on the wall of the bedroom. Use of attached ceiling bracket is optional. This mounting adds to the overall depth of the plasma display to the tune of 4 to 6 inches.

Table Stand

Most plasma TV brands in consideration of consumer benefit are manufactured with their own matching table stand attached to them. These plasma TV types can be used only where there is enough space on the table top. The stands are made with specifications so as to match the plasma TV. The usual heights of such stands keep the plasma TV some 2.5 to 4 inches above the table. There may be provisions for placing on the cart VCR, DVD Player or Laptop computer. It is also used in visual presentations for getting maximum visibility as is often required in board or courtroom.
